Introduction
These practical keyboard shortcuts and functions help you save time and make your work in Superchat more efficient – whether in chats, the inbox, or when working with automations.
You can find more keyboard shortcuts directly in your Superchat account:
Click the “?” in the bottom left corner of your dashboard and select “Keyboard Shortcuts” in the Help tab.
Most Useful Shortcuts:

Send messages faster | cmd + Enter (Mac) / ctrl + Enter (Windows) |
Insert emojis |
→ Opens the emoji picker, e.g. → Does not work with freetext variable in a WhatsApp template |
Automations: Select & copy multiple nodes | Shift + left click & drag → Select multiple nodes by drawing a selection box, then use cmd/ctrl + C and cmd/ctrl + V to copy and paste. |
Inbox: Select multiple messages | Click to select the first message Scroll down Hold Shift and click on the last message → All messages in between will be selected. |
