Why should I use the Command Menu?

Use the Command Menu in Superchat to:

  • Work faster: Manage conversations directly with your keyboard.

  • Handle more chats: Jump between actions without losing time on clicks.

  • Stay focused: Keep your hands on the keyboard and reduce context switching.

Please note: The Command Menu is available in the unified inbox only.

Who can use the Command Menu?

  • Everyone can use the Command Menu

  • Available actions depend on your role and access rights for that inbox.

Use the Command Menu

1. Open the Unified Inbox.

2. Press Cmd + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows) to open the menu.

3. You can:

  • Search for an action first (e.g., “Add label”) → then select the action and pick a label.

  • Search for a label directly (e.g., “Churn”) → we’ll show you all actions you can take with that label.

4. Select the desired action → it will be applied immediately to the conversation.

Can I use the Command Menu outside the Unified Inbox?

No. The Command Menu is only available in the Unified Inbox.

What actions are available?

Pretty much all actions are supported. Examples include assigning teammates, adding or removing labels, marking conversations as done, starting automations, sending templates, or moving conversations.

Is this really faster?

Yes. Give it a try — once you get the hang of it, you’ll save a lot of time compared to clicking with the mouse.
