Meta Lead Forms allow you to collect contact information directly from potential customers on Facebook or Instagram without sending them to an external website. Because the forms are pre-filled with information from a user’s profile, they often lead to higher conversion rates and more completed submissions.
Utilising both Superchat and Zapier, you can also capitalise on lead forms by sending follow-up messages.
Instructions
Go to Ads Manager, press Create and select Lead as your campaign objective.
Then, select New Leads ad set, Conversation location and choose Instant forms.
Finally, open the New Leads ad section and either create a new form or pick an existing one. If you’re making a new one, simply fill out all the information as prompted in the ensuing flow.
