Can I send new emails to contacts?
Yes, you can send out emails and also reply to emails that have been sent to you.
Can I use CC or BCC in emails?
No. Sending emails with CC or BCC is currently not supported in Superchat.
Can I still use email normally if I connect it via the API?
Yes. Connecting your email via the API does not affect your usage. You can continue to use your email inbox as usual outside of Superchat.
Will opening an email within the email provider itself mean the email is marked as open in Superchat?
No. The email provider effectively works separately from Superchat for this function.
