Instructions:
Navigate to Settings > Inboxes and then select the inbox you would like to connect an email address to. There, click on Email.
You will now be asked for the email address you want to add. Enter it in the text field and press Proceed.
For providers like Google, a pop-up window for the respective platform will appear after confirming the email address. Just select the email you wish to continue with, then select the permissions and click Continue.
If no pop-up window appears and your provider is not listed, you will need to manually fill in the IMAP and SMTP details. You can find these in your email account or through a quick Google search.
For the IMAP & SMTP option, you need to select your provider. Alternatively you can enter your information manually, which you can find the instructions for here.
If you can't find the right one, you can proceed without making a selection.
With the Microsoft Exchange option, you will be directed to a new window where you will also need to provide additional details.
Where can I find my IMAP & SMTP data?
Depending on which provider you use, you can search for the data in different places. Here you will find a list of possible providers and instructions on where to find the data in each case.
