WhatsApp Display Name is Not Verified

  • When does this error occur?

    • Not verified by Meta

    • WhatsApp display name rejected by Meta

I am Unable to Disable the Two-Step Verification

  • When does this error occur?

    • Sometimes the provided link doesn’t work

  • How do i fix the issue?

    • Log in to your 360Dialog Account

    • Click on your Account Name in the top right corner, and select Support

    • Create a Ticket and your phone number.

    • Write: “Please deactivate the authentication in two steps for all numbers for this account.” (Warning: to send out the Ticket, it is mandatory to write at least 140 characters)

I am Unable to Log in to Facebook

  • I do have access to my Login Details and the 2 Factor-Authentication, but can´t proceed on Facebook

    • Error message: “This action is currently unavailable.” Wait for the specified minutes.

    • SMS code not received: Reload the page and retry. (If you request the Code too often, Facebook might block your access temporarily)

  • I have no access to my authentication method

    • Manage two-factor authentication methods here, if logged into any device.

  • I Forgot the account linked to Superchat’s WhatsApp number

    • Consider the associated Facebook Business Manager account.

    • Attempt to log in with possible accounts.

    • Use Facebook’s “Find Your Account” page if necessary.
