When customers contact you for the first time or outside of business hours, you can send an automated message via Superchat.
Navigate to Settings → Inboxes → Inbox and then scroll down to Autoresponders.
Simply enter the message you would like to appear and make sure the toggle in the top right is green.
Important: Keep in mind that those settings are for all communication channels that are listed in the inbox, and not just WhatsApp.
