Set up business hours
Navigate to Settings and go to Inboxes. Making sure you're in the Inbox you want to adjust the business hours for, scroll down and then configure the settings to your desired working hours.
Make sure to press the toggle in the top right to ensure its's active. Then simply Save your settings.
Set up out-of-office message
Go to Settings → Inboxes, then scroll down to the Out-of-office message section.
After that, simply write your message and make sure the toggle in the top right is green.
Set automations to run outside of business hours
Once you have set up your business hours, you can then configure automations to run differently depending on whether or not a customer messages you during or after business hours.
Having configured your business hours, in Settings → Inboxes, add an Opening hours filter to your automation.
You will see two options at the edge of the node: Within opening hours and Outside opening hours. Using these, you can configure the rest of your automation based on when the customer contacts you. For example, you might want to run an AI Agent outside of your opening hours.
