Step-By-Step Instructions
1. Go into Settings then go into Profile and select General. Then you will see the option to change your email.
2. Enter the new email address you would like associated with the account and press Save.
Important to note: If you are signed up to Superchat with a Google Login, it is unfortunately not possible to change your email address this way.
In this case: you’ll need to invite the new email address to your Superchat workspace, sign up using that new email, and then remove the user associated with the old Google Login.
Please double check that this is the only possible solution for your issue before proceeding.
