💡 Note: To add an action button, your WhatsApp Business number must be connected to your Facebook account, and you must have Full Control or Partial Control access to the page.

Instructions for Adding an Action Button:
Click on Pages in the menu on the left side of your feed and open your page.
Click on the three dots to the right of your profile picture and select Add/Edit Action Button and follow the instructions.
If you cannot find the Add/Edit Action Button, this is likely because you are accessing the page as a Visitor and not an Admin. To avoid this, ensure you are logged into the right account and that you have admin access, which you can check by going to business.facebook.com → People and checking that your account has Full control.
Select Send WhatsApp Message from the dropdown menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
Click Save. Once the button is created, you can test it by clicking on it and selecting Test button.
