Messaging is not automatically enabled on every Facebook page, and sometimes it might have been manually deactivated in the past.
If you want to consolidate the messages for your Facebook page into Superchat, messaging must be enabled beforehand.
How to enable or disable messages for Facebook pages
Check that you are altering the settings for your desired Facebook page by ensuring it is selected in the top right-hand corner.
Then, to allow people to message your page, ensure that the bottom toggle is on. Or, alternatively, if you want to disable messaging, you can turn it off.
