After sending, you want to know: How many received the message? Who read it? Who clicked? This article shows you how to analyze your campaign performance.
Campaign Funnel
The funnel shows you in real-time how your campaign is performing: Received → Read → Custom Event
Click on "+ Add" to add more metrics to the funnel. The available options depend on your template:
Other Response: Free-text responses
Quick Reply Clicks: e.g., "Speak with Support"
CTA Button Clicks: When link tracking is enabled
Note on Read Receipts
Note on Read Receipts
If a recipient has disabled read receipts in WhatsApp, we cannot directly detect
whether the message was read.
Our solution: As soon as the recipient responds or clicks on a button, we know that they read the message and automatically mark it as read.
However: If the recipient has disabled read receipts AND does not respond AND does not click on a button, the message remains marked as "not read" - even though they may have read it. This means: Your actual read rate may be higher than displayed.
