Create contact exports
Export all contacts at once
1. Go to the Contact Hub
2. Click the “Export all” button and confirm
Export selected contacts
1. Filter and select contacts by ticking the check boxes in the contact list
2. In the floating menu at the bottom, click the three dots menu
3. Select export from the menu
4. The export will start and open in a new tab which will download the file to your desktop. If you use Safari make sure to allow pop-ups to be able to download the CSV file.
Fields in contact exports
The contact export includes the following fields:
Contact ID
Gender
First name
Last name
Primary Phone Number
Primary E-Mail-Address
Additional email addresses (A comma-separated list of all additional e-mail-addresses)
Any custom contact attribute (Dates are exported in ISO format in UTC, Multi-select fields are exported as a comma-separated list of selected values)
Labels (A comma-separated list of all conversation labels assigned to any of the contact’s conversations)
Last message sent at (The timestamp of the last outbound message to the contact)
Last message received at (The timestamp of the last outbound message to the contact)
Campaign IDs enrolled (A comma-separated list of all campaign IDs the contact has been part of)
Campaign names enrolled (A comma-separated list of all campaign names the contact has been part of)
Campaign received at (A comma-separated list of all campaign timestamps the contact has been part of)
Limits on contact exports
Contact exports can include up to 50.000 contacts.
If you need to export more than 50.000 contacts, please split your contacts into batches of 50.000 or use our API to fetch all contacts and write them to a file or sync them to your system.
