With the WhatsApp integration between Superchat and Shore, you can reach your customers directly via WhatsApp (for example with appointment reminders, newsletters, or special promotions) and manage everything from within your Shore system and Superchat. The setup takes just a few minutes.
Setting up Shore integration in Superchat
Go to Settings → Integrations → Explore integrations and then find Shore in the CRM tab.
Here you will be able to create an API key needed for the integration.
Once created, you can then copy that key ready to use in Shore.
Activate Superchat in Shore
In Shore, click on your profile, then go to Settings → Integrations. After that, scroll down to the Superchat integration and make sure the activation toggle is set to green. This is also where you will enter your API Key.
Once that is set up, go to Manage company in the menu bar in the top left.
Select Settings.
Create a New Reminder.
Write the text you would like to be added and make sure that WhatsApp is selected as the channel (or at least one of them). Then click Create.
After that, the reminder integration is all set up. The template will then automatically be available in your WhatsApp templates section back in Superchat. The template will need to be approved by Meta before it is available for use in automations, but this usually should only take a couple of minutes.
