Screenshots are a quick and easy way to show what you’re seeing in Superchat. If you’re experiencing an issue or want to share something with our support team, a screenshot can help us assist you faster.

Creating a screenshot on a Mac:

  1. Press the Command + Shift + 3 key combination. This creates a screenshot of the entire screen and saves it to your desktop.

  2. If you want to capture only a specific area of the screen, press Command + Shift + 4. This opens a selection tool to choose the desired area.

Creating a screenshot on Windows:

  1. Press the Windows + Print Screen key combination. This captures a screenshot of the entire screen and saves it to your clipboard.

  2. If you want to capture a specific area of the screen, press the Windows + Shift + S key combination. This opens a selection tool to choose the desired area.

Note: On some Windows devices, the "Windows + Print Screen" key combination might not work. In that case, you can use the "Print Screen" key instead.

Capturing a screenshot of an entire webpage (e.g. your full automation):

  1. Open the desired webpage in Chrome.

  2. Press the Cmd + Opt + I key combination (on Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + I (on Windows) to open the Developer Tool.

  3. Press the Cmd + Shift + P key combination (on Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + P (on Windows) to open the Developer Menu.

  4. Type "screenshot" in the search bar and select "Capture full size screenshot" from the dropdown menu.

  5. The screenshot is now saved in your download folder.
