Introduction
Conversation views are a tool that let you quickly display specific conversations by using preset filters in your Superchat dashboard. The views are designed to save you time and improve your workflow by allowing you to filter and go through conversations efficiently.

How to create a new Conversation View
Scroll down in your dashboard and click on New Filter.
Here, you can add an icon and a name for your view, as well as toggle the view, affecting whether or not your colleagues can access it.
In the Filter section, you can then adjust what you want the conversation view to include. Simply select the configuration you would like to see, e.g. messages from a certain inbox with the label 'payment', and then press Save.
Your saved view will appear at the bottom left of the screen.
