Why should I use bulk actions?
Use bulk actions in Superchat to:
Save time: Apply the same action to many conversations at once.
Stay organised: Quickly move or mark conversations in bulk.
Improve efficiency: No need to open each conversation individually.
Who can use bulk actions?
All users with access to the Unified Inbox can perform bulk actions.
Perform Bulk Actions
1. Hover over a conversation to see the select check box.
2. Tick the boxes of any conversation you want to select.
3. From the top menu bar, you can among other things:
Mark as read / unread
Assign or unassign
Add or remove labels
Move to another inbox
Update conversation status (open / done)
Report as spam
Move to trash
Delete permanently

What should I know about bulk-assigning conversations?
What should I know about bulk-assigning conversations?
When using bulk assignment, the teammate you want to assign must have access to all inboxes of the selected conversations. If they don’t, they will still appear in the assign drop-down, but only in a read-only state.
