Instagram conversation starters (icebreakers) allow contacts to send you preset messages. These are displayed when someone wants to chat with you on Instagram.

Up to 4 icebreakers can be created for each Instagram channel, whereby each icebreaker can contain a maximum of 80 characters. Please note that emojis are currently not supported.

Navigate to the Settings and select an inbox where you already have an Instagram account attached.

Now select the three dots next to the channel and click Edit.

After that, you can scroll down and find Icebreakers. Simply turn on the toggle and then add the icebreakers you would like to have. When you are happy with the ones you have selected, you can press Save.

Following the same flow as shown above, simply select the Quick reactions and Mentions toggles at the top of the list and then press Save.
