Click the blue New Message button

Select who you want to send the message to and what channel you want it to be sent from.

Write your message and click Send
​

Click Contacts and select the desired contact (or create a new one if it is not already saved).
​

Click New Conversation in the contact preview on the right
​

Then just select a communication channel and write your message!
