Instructions:
Go to Settings → Inboxes → the Inbox you want to add the channel to and then select Facebook Messenger.
Click on Connect.
Log in with the Facebook account that manages your business page(s) and follow the ensuing flow. If you have already connected another Meta channel such as WhatsApp or Instagram, your Facebook account will likely already be logged in, in which case you can press Reconnect.
Then choose the Facebook page(s) you want to connect and click Done.
You have now completed the setup flow for Facebook Messenger.
Adding additional Facebook channels
If you have already added a Facebook channel previously and would like to add another, the flow is almost identical, but you need to press Edit previous settings during the flow.
Then select the page you would like to add.
As well as the Businesses you want Superchat to access. Then follow the flow from thereon.
