Conversation time window closed
When does the error occur? |
When the conversation window is closed. |
Why does the error occur? |
You are trying to send a message outside the specified time slots of a conversation. This problem can occur in conversations via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Chat. |
How can the error be fixed? |
Please make sure that you send messages within the designated time frames for the various channels. With WhatsApp, it is possible to send template messages outside the 24-hour time window. You can also use the time window filter to control actions depending on whether the communication time window is still open or not. |

Template variable blank
When does the error occur? |
When atleast one variable is incomplete. |
Why does the error occur? |
We can't send out empty variables. |
How can the error be fixed? |
Please make sure that you always have access to the information of the selected variables. Otherwise, the automation will be interrupted at the point where a variable is incomplete. This error can often be avoided by proactively asking the end customer for the required information, such as first and last names. |

Why does the error occur? |
You are trying to send a message that is not supported by this channel. For example: WhatsApp quick replies, lists or templates intended for WhatsApp cannot be used in Instagram chats. |
How can the error be fixed? |
Please make sure you only send messages on channels that support them. You can use our channel type filter to send different messages depending on the channel type. |

When the telephone number / e-mail address provided is already taken. |
Why does the error occur? |
You are trying to assign a phone number or e-mail address to a contact that already belongs to another contact. Each phone number or e-mail address may only be used once per account. |
How can the error be fixed? |
Make sure that you do not assign the phone number or e-mail address of an existing contact to a contact. |
