How do I write a message?

In this guide, we'll show you two ways to compose a message:

1. Directly in your inbox

2. Through your contact hub

1. Messaging in your inbox

1. Log in to Superchat

2. Once logged in, you'll automatically be in your Inbox

3. Click on the blue "New Message" button

4. Choose an existing contact or create a new one

5. Select whether you want to continue an existing conversation or start a new one

6. Choose the desired communication channel

7. Write your message and click Send. Done! 👏

2. Message through the Contact hub

1. Log in to Superchat

2. Once logged in, you'll automatically be in your Inbox

3. Click on Contacts in the top navigation bar

4. Use the search if necessary and select the desired existing contact or create a new contact

5. Click on New Conversation in the contact preview on the right

   

6. Select whether you want to continue an existing conversation or start a new one

7. Choose the desired communication channel

8. Write your message and click Send. Done! 👏
