  2. Go to Company Settings.

  3. In the left-hand menu, navigate to Webchat.

  4. Follow the instructions to create the Webchat.

  5. Finally, you’ll get a snippet of the code.

  6. Copy the snippet.

  7. Now switch to your WordPress Business or Commerce account.

  8. Install and activate for e.g. the free WordPress Insert Headers and Footers plugin or a similar plugin of your choice.

  9. Go to your Dashboard and click on Code Snippets -> Header & Footer on the left side menu.

  10. Paste the code into the Header field and click Save Changes.
