Go to Settings.
In the left-hand menu, navigate to Webchat.
Follow the instructions to create the Webchat.
Copy the snippet.
Switch to Shopify.
In the menu, under Sales Channels, click on Online Store.
Then click on Actions and Edit Code.
On the left side, click on the theme.liquid file.
Paste the code copied from Superchat within the <head> section.
