Setting up your AI Agent with 4Com

4Com is a UK business phone system provider. This article shows you step by step how to forward incoming calls to your AI Agent.

You have two options: forward all calls immediately, or only when needed (on no answer or on busy).

⚠️ Prerequisite: access to your 4Com Samsung handset or the Samsung DM Tool (provided by your 4Com technician).


Variant A - All calls immediately to your AI Agent

  1. With your Samsung handset on the hook (not in use), dial 601.

  2. Enter your Superchat number as the destination. Make sure to prefix it with 9 for external numbers (e.g. 9+[Superchat number]).

  3. Press the FUNCTION key, then press OK to confirm.

  4. If set up correctly, a forward icon will appear in the top left corner of your handset screen.

  5. To remove the divert at any time, dial 600 with the handset on the hook.


Variant B - Only when needed

Forward on no answer

  1. With your Samsung handset on the hook, dial 602.

  2. Enter your Superchat number as the destination (with the 9 prefix for external numbers).

  3. Press the FUNCTION key, then press OK to confirm.

  4. Calls that ring out unanswered will now be forwarded to your AI Agent.

Forward on Do Not Disturb

  1. With your Samsung handset on the hook, dial 603.

  2. Enter your Superchat number (with the 9 prefix).

  3. Press the FUNCTION key, then press OK to confirm.

To cancel all call forwarding settings at any time, dial 600 with the handset on the hook.


Test

Call your company phone number.

  • Variant A: the call goes straight to your AI Agent.

  • Variant B: do not answer, and after the handset rings out the call lands with your AI Agent.
