What does this section show you?
In the Contact Lists section, you can see how many contacts were added to or removed from a list — and how the total size of each list changes over time.
You can view:
how strongly individual lists are growing or shrinking
how different lists develop in direct comparison
This helps you understand which target audiences gain importance in the long term.
Changes per contact list
The first chart shows how many contacts were:
added to a list (green)
removed from a list (red)
within the selected time period.
This helps you see whether a list is actively growing or whether many contacts are being removed or unsubscribing.
Contact list size
This chart shows how the total number of contacts in a list develops over the selected period. You can see whether a list is growing, staying stable, or decreasing — ideal for understanding long-term trends within your target audiences.
Contact list comparison
The table provides a clear comparison of all contact lists.
For each list, you can see:
Start Value: The number of contacts that were included in this contact list at the beginning of the selected time period.
Added: Shows how many new contacts were added to the contact list during the selected period.
Removed: Shows how many contacts were removed from the list during the period.
Growth: The net effect for the list: added minus removed.
End Value: The total number of contacts in this list at the end of the period.
Growth (%): The percentage increase of the list in relation to the starting value.
This makes it easy to identify which lists are growing the fastest — and which ones are becoming less relevant.
Filter options
You can narrow the data by:
time period
contact list
This allows you to analyze each list individually or compare different time ranges.
How can you use these insights?
Marketing: Target fast-growing audiences more effectively
CRM: Track opt-ins, opt-outs, and list quality
Sales: Monitor and prioritize lead lists
Data management: Detect changes early and react quickly
