Contact lists help you group and segment contacts — especially for your WhatsApp Newsletter. They make it easy to build audiences send the right message to the right people.
Why should I use contact lists?
Use contact lists in Superchat to:
Segment contacts for your WhatsApp Newsletter.
Update contact lists via Superchat Automations — for example, build custom opt-in methods for your WhatsApp Newsletter or segment contacts at the end of an automation based on their preferences.
Run conditional logic in Automations based on a contact’s contact list to make automation and conversation flows more personalised (e.g., “If contact is in List A, do X; otherwise, do Y”).
