View Attachments

View in the Conversation Timeline

1. Go to the Unified Inbox and open a conversation

2. Click the attachment (file, video or image). A window opens in which you can view the attachment in detail.

3. Zoom, rotate, download or print the attachment as you like.

You can minimise the attachment window and keep it floating in the inbox. This helps you to view the conversation and attachment side by side.

1. Click on the window icon next to the attachment in the conversation timeline. Alternatively, click the same icon in the large attachment window to turn the window into its floating, smaller version.

View in the Contact Sidebar Timeline

All files exchanged with a contact are available in the Files tab in the contact sidebar. You can access the files in the contact sidebar within the unified inbox as well as within the contact hub.

From here, you can:

  • Download individual files

  • Download all files at once

  • Select multiple files and download them in bulk

  • Filter by file type (documents, images, videos)

Send Attachments

1. Click the clipboard icon in the chat composer.

2. Choose a file from your computer or select an already uploaded file from Superchat’s file feature. Alternatively, you can copy & paste attachments directly from your clipboard into the composer.

Please note: Supported file types and size limits depend on the selected channel (see Supported Attachment Types & Limits for details).
