Setting up Email with IMAP / SMTP in Superchat

Navigate to Inboxes in the Superchat Settings

Select the Inbox you want to connect the email to

Scroll down to Communication Channels

Click on Add

Select Email

Choose IMAP & SMTP

Click Next

Enter your data

Click Save - Done! 👏"
