Managing Your Team: Inviting Members

Assign roles within your Superchat Account. Add more users. Give out Access to more team members.

How It Works 🚀

  1. Begin by logging in to Superchat

  2. Click on the Gear in the top right corner

  3. Navigate to Manage team on the left

  4. Click on Invite team member

  5. Enter the first and last name of the person you want to invite

  6. Enter the person's email address

  7. Assign a role

  8. Then click on Send Invitation. Done! 👏

 

The new member will receive an email with an invitation link and will be prompted to create a password for the new Superchat user account. New users can log in to Superchat with the newly created password and the provided email address.

❗️ The new user account will be associated with the entered name. ❗️

❗️ The invitation link will be sent to the provided email address. ❗️

❗️ The email address is also the username for the respective user account. ❗️


 

Didn't receive the email with the invitation link? 😯

There can be various reasons for this. But don't worry – with a simple click, you can resend the email or copy the invitation link directly in Superchat and send it through another channel.

We'll show you how:

Click on the menu icon on the right for the respective contact and choose one of the two options:

  1. Resend Invitation The email with the invitation link will be resent.

  2. Copy Invitation Link Copy the invitation link to your clipboard and send it through a channel of your choice.

Using 🗑 Delete, you can completely remove a member from your Superchat account.
