Managing messaging templates
Let's get started... 🚀
By using templates, you can respond to messages much faster and more efficiently. Superchat allows you to create your own message templates in advance, which you can easily insert and edit when replying to individual messages.

First log in to your Superchat

Go to your Inbox

Click on your name in the top right-hand corner and then on Settings

Navigate to Templates in the company settings

Scroll down to Communication Channels

Under General Templates or WhatsApp templates (depending on what channel you are creating the template for) click on New Template

Give the template an Internal Name

Write your desired text in the Template field

Click on add variable and add the corresponding ones to your templates.

You can also adapt the templates to the communication style of your company by using emojis 😉
