How to share messages in your team chat

Need assistance from colleagues for processing a specific message or simply want to share good news with your team? Nothing easier than that!

Step-by-step instructions

1. Start by logging in to Superchat

2. You will find yourself in the Inbox

3. Click into any chat and hover over a message you'd like to share

4. Click Share message on the little arrow icon next to the message

   

5. Choose who you want to share this message with

6. Optionally, write a brief note about the message you're sharing to provide context for the recipient

7. Click Share

   Done! 👏
