How to connect Telegram Bot

How to connect Telegram with Superchat and add it as a communication channel.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to the Inbox in Superchat

  2. Select the Inbox you want to add the Telegram Bot to

  3. Scroll to Communication Channels and click on Add

  4. Select Telegram

  5. Add the token/bot ID of the bot you want to add to Superchat and click Save.
