E-Mail Functions in Superchat

What email features does Superchat support?
We support basic email functions, such as sending and receiving via Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, or other providers using IMAP/SMTP. You can write in email threads with your contacts as usual, reply to messages, or start new threads.
You can also assign a custom sender name and a personalized reply-to address for your emails in Superchat.
All features from the inbox, such as assignments, labels, automations, the AI Copilot, and the AI Chatbot, are fully available to you just like with any other channel.
What email features are not supported by Superchat?
Currently, CC, BCC, and contact forms are not supported, nor are replies you receive from externally sent email newsletters.
