Email Notifications for AI Calls

Learn when Superchat notifies you by email about new AI calls and what the notification contains.

When your AI Agent answers a call, Superchat can automatically notify you by email. This way you'll know about every new AI call straight away — including a short summary, without having to open your inbox.

When do you get a notification?

After every new AI call in your workspace, Superchat sends an email with a summary of the conversation. The sender is notifications@superchat.com — it's worth adding this address as safe so notifications don't end up in spam.

What does the email contain?

Each notification shows you the key details of the call at a glance:

  • Caller: Name or phone number of the person who called

  • AI Agent: the AI Agent that answered the call (e.g. Website Voice Agent EN)

  • Inbox: the inbox the call came into

  • Date: date and time of the call

  • Duration: length of the conversation

Below that is an automatic summary: a headline with the core topic and a short text capturing what the conversation was about and what the outcome was.

Opening the call

Use the View call button to jump directly to the full call in the AI Calls view in your inbox — where you'll find the summary, recording and transcript. If the button doesn't work, you can use the link directly below it instead.

Turning notifications on and off

Whether you receive emails about AI calls is set in your personal notification settings — separately for Desktop, App and Email. Here's how:

  • Open Settings (gear icon) in the bottom left.

  • Select Profile and then Notifications.

  • Find the row Completed AI calls in the Notify me about list ("Receive notifications when the AI Agent has answered an incoming call and ended the conversation").

  • Check or uncheck the box in the Email column to turn email notifications on or off. Use the Desktop and App columns to control the other channels.

  • Click Save.

You can also reach this section directly via the Manage email settings link at the bottom of any notification email. The setting only applies to you — each person manages their own notifications.

Why did I receive this email?

Because your AI Agent answered a new call. A summary is automatically sent for every new AI call.

Where can I see the full call?

Via View call in the AI Calls view in your inbox — including recording and transcript.

Can I turn off notifications?

Yes. Open Settings → Profile → Notifications and uncheck the box in the Email column for the Completed AI calls row. Alternatively, use the link at the bottom of any notification email.
