In the AI Calls view, you can see all calls handled by your AI agent — gathered in one place in your inbox. For each call you get an automatic summary, a recording to listen back to, and the full transcript. From here you can also call back directly or message the contact via another channel.
As long as your AI agent hasn't been set up yet, the view will remain empty. Once the first call comes in, it will appear here automatically.
Opening the call overview
Open the AI Calls section in the left sidebar of your inbox. You'll land on the All Calls list, sorted by Most recent by default.
Each entry shows you the caller (name or phone number), the associated inbox, and a short preview of the summary. Click on an entry to open the full call on the right.
Viewing the summary and recording
Select a call on the left. In the Summary tab you'll see the AI agent used, the call duration, and the date and time at the top.
Below that, the AI agent summarises the conversation: a headline with the core topic and the key points — what it was about, what the caller wanted, and what the outcome was.
Use the player at the bottom to listen to the recording. Use the speed control (1.0x) to play back faster or slower if needed.
Reading the transcript
Switch to the Transcript tab to read the conversation word for word. Each contribution is marked with a timestamp — so you can see exactly who said what and when.
Click on a timestamp to jump to that point in the recording. You can also use the search in the player to find specific words in the conversation.
Responding to a call directly
In the top right you have several options for responding to a call:
Call: Start a callback to the contact directly from your computer.
Send message: Write to the contact via another channel connected in Superchat, e.g. WhatsApp or SMS.
Via the …menu you can merge the contact (if the same person exists multiple times) or delete the chat.
Viewing contact information
Click the i icon in the top right to open the contact sidebar. Here you'll find all information about the contact in one place:
