Workspace Settings you can edit
In Superchat, there are a variety of workspace settings that you can adjust. All of these settings apply for your entire workspace.
Workspace Name and Logo
Upload your own logo to make your workspace easier to recognize. The logo appears in the top left corner of the navigation. If you don’t upload a custom logo, the Superchat logo is displayed by default.
System Language
Choose the language used for system emails (e.g., invitations and notifications) sent to your users.
Time Zone
Set the default time zone for your workspace. This setting is used for automations (e.g., date or time filters) and for scheduled campaigns, ensuring that all time-based actions run correctly.
Automatic Assignment on Reply
Decide what happens when a user replies to a conversation:
Assign only if unassigned
Automatically assigns the conversation to the user replying, but only if it isn’t already assigned to someone.
Always assign, even if already assigned
Automatically assigns the conversation to the replying user, even if someone is already assigned.
Disable automatic assignment
Automatic assignment on reply is completely turned off.
Enable or Disable AI Features
Turn AI tools on or off for your entire workspace (enabled by default).
Who can manage workspaces?
Only Admins can view, adjust, and delete the workspace settings.
Edit general workspace settings
1. Go to Settings → Workspace Settings
2. Select the individual setting you want to adjust.
3. Settings are automatically saved.
Delete a workspace
1. Go to Settings → Workspace Settings.
2. Click Delete Workspace (make sure your plan is canceled — you can’t delete a workspace with an active plan).
3. Type the workspace name to confirm.
4. Click Confirm to delete.
5. After deletion is confirmed, your workspace is scheduled for deletion in 7 days. You can click the delete button again for immediate deletion.
Important
Deleting a workspace will permanently erase all data — including contacts, conversations, automations, templates, and campaigns.
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
