Workspace Settings you can edit
In Superchat, there are a variety of workspace settings that you can adjust. All of these settings apply for your entire workspace.
Change the workspace logo and name — used for navigation, making it easy to identify which workspace you’re in.
Set the system language — controls the language for all emails sent to users (including invites and notifications).
Choose the time zone — used for scheduling features and reporting accuracy.
Enable or disable AI features — turn AI tools on or off for the entire workspace (enabled by default).
Who can manage workspaces?
Only Admins can view, adjust, and delete the workspace settings.
Edit general workspace settings
1. Go to Settings → Workspace Settings
2. Select the individual setting you want to adjust.
3. Settings are automatically saved.
Delete a workspace
1. Go to Settings → Workspace Settings.
2. Click Delete Workspace (make sure your plan is canceled — you can’t delete a workspace with an active plan).
3. Type the workspace name to confirm.
4. Click Confirm to delete.
5. After deletion is confirmed, your workspace is scheduled for deletion in 7 days. You can click the delete button again for immediate deletion.
Important
Deleting a workspace will permanently erase all data — including contacts, conversations, automations, templates, and campaigns.
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
