Why customise the table?

  • Focus on the most relevant attributes for your workflow.

  • Quickly compare contacts side by side without opening each sidebar.

  • Reduce clutter by hiding attributes you don’t need to see regularly.

Who can customise the table?

  • Everyone can customise the table, regardless of their role.

  • Customisation is user-specific, not global. This means your changes only affect what you see — they won’t affect other teammates’ views.

Steps to customise the table

1. In the Contact Hub, click View.

2. Choose which attributes to display and arrange their order as columns in the table:

  • Toggle attributes on/off to show or hide them in the table.

  • Drag and drop attributes in the list to change their order.
