Direct messages overview
The direct messages tab shows all your 1:1 conversations with teammates.
Conversations are sorted by the date of the last message, so the most recent chats are always at the top.
This makes it easy to find and continue recent discussions without scrolling through your chat list.
Threads overview
The threads tab gives you a complete overview of all your thread discussions.
Shows threads from both groups and direct messages.
Helps you stay on top of ongoing discussions without losing track of where they started.
Clicking a thread takes you directly back into the original conversation.
Search in Team Chat
The search bar lets you quickly find messages, teammates, or shared content.
You can filter results by:
Messages: Search across all Team Chat messages.
Direct messages with users: Find a specific 1:1 chat.
Groups: Search by group name.
Attachments: Find files or media shared in Team Chat.
This makes it easy to locate exactly what you need without scrolling through long chats.
