Review profiles in Superchat can help you quickly and efficiently request reviews from your customers.
You can add different review sites like Google, Trustpilot, or ProvenExpert to your review profiles in Superchat.
Step-by-step instructions
If you haven't already, go to Settings and select Reviews.
Click on New review
Enter an Internal name for your rating profile and select the Superchat Inbox from which the rating profiles should be accessed
Upload a Logo and add your company name (the color is optional. You can change it later).
In the next step add the Review sites of your choice (single or multiple)
Optional:
Activate, if desired, the Superchat Feedback Form to keep better control over your reviews.
Customise the Template text that will later be available in the linked Superchat inbox when chatting with customers and click Finish. Done! 👏
