How to Cancel Your Superchat Subscription

This article explains how to cancel your Superchat subscription or switch to the free plan. Both options require the same steps. Switching to the free plan is recommended to retain access to basic features.

Step 1: Open the “Plan & Billing” Section

  1. Log in to your Superchat account.
  2. Navigate to the top right corner of the page, hover through the Icon, and click on Plan & Billing.

Step 2: Access Subscription Options

  1. Locate the current plan you are subscribed to.
  2. Click on the three dots next to the [Upgrade] button.
  3. Proceed by clicking on cancel subscription

Step 3: Cancel Subscription or Switch to Free Plan

  1. Follow the next steps in product.
  2. Alternatively, select the option to switch to the free plan, which is recommended to maintain access to free features.
  3. Fill out the form completely. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.

•Switch to Free Plan: This option allows you to continue using basic features without monthly fees.

•Confirm Cancellation: Ensure you confirm all cancellation prompts to complete the process.
