Maximum file sizes, character limits, and available file formats for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram & Email.
The messaging services we provide in Superchat have their own set of limits when it comes to sending messages and files. This mainly includes the number of characters, the size of images, videos, documents, and voice recordings. You can find the current limits set by each messenger in the following overview.
The WhatsApp Business API supports the following file formats:
