Instructions for changing or resetting your password

Here we show you how to change or reset your password if you forgot it.

To change your password:

  1. Log in to Superchat.

  2. Click your initials in the top right corner, then click Settings.

  3. Navigate to Your Profile in the Personal Settings.

  4. Click Change Password.

  5. Enter a new password and repeat it.

  6. Click Save and you're done. 🎉

To reset your password if you have forgotten it:

  1. Go to the Superchat login and click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter your email address and click Reset.

  3. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.

  4. Click Back to Login and you're ready. 🎉
