How to Set Up an Email Signature
Here's how you can create/adopt an email signature in Superchat.

To set up a custom email signature for your email address connected with Superchat, we offer you two options:

Generate a new signature using the Email Signature Generator

Copy and adopt your existing signature
1. Create a New Signature
If you want to create a new custom signature using the Email Signature Generator and then connect it with the email address set up in Superchat, follow these steps:

First, open the Email Signature Generator

In the left column, provide the relevant information about yourself or your team

Design your signature by creating a custom design

Add existing contact options to your signature through which your customers can reach you

Click on Create Email Signature

To insert the signature in Superchat, click on Copy Signature Code

If you want to insert the signature in your external email inbox (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, etc.), click on Copy Signature

Navigate to Inboxes in Superchat

Select the Inbox associated with the corresponding email address

Scroll down to Communication Channels

Click on the respective email address

Paste the copied signature code and click Save
Perfect! 👏 You have successfully set up your email signature.
2. Adopt an Existing Signature
If you want to directly insert an existing email signature from your external email mailbox into Superchat, follow these steps:

First, open your email inbox

Next, open the Settings for your email signature

Copy the existing signature

To insert it into Superchat, you need to create an HTML

Paste your signature into the Visual Editor
-
Then, copy the HTML from the HTML Editor field

Navigate to Inboxes in Superchat

Select the mailbox associated with the corresponding email address

Scroll down to Communication Channels

Click on the respective email address

Paste the copied signature code and click Save
