How to install your Webchat on your Website

Superchat > Settings > Company Settings > Webchat

Before website visitors can interact with you through your webchat, you need to install it on your website first.

During setup, you have two options available 👇

Self-installation: Copy the code snippet (on the right) and paste it before the </body> tag on your website where you want the webchat to appear. Once your changes are done, open your website. Your webchat should now appear on your website.
Send instructions: Send an email with the code snippet and installation instructions to your IT department.
