How to edit review templates

How to customize the review template hiding behind the star.

Step-by-step guide:

  1. First login to Superchat

  2. You are now in your Inbox

  3. Click on your initials in the upper right corner to open the Settings

  4. Navigate to Reviews on the left side
    ​

     

  5. Select a Profile and click on Review templates at the top of the page
    ​

     

  6. Here you can set a custom Review invitation as well as a Review reminder.

Create a review invitation

In Superchat, you can write a personalized template to ask your contacts for a review. Both the subject and the template content can be customized.

  • Subject: Only if the template is sent as an email, the text entered here will appear as the subject.

  • Template content: Basically, you can write whatever you want here. We would advise you to use text variables as placeholders that will be automatically filled by Superchat.

Set review reminder

Automatically remind your contacts if you haven't received a review within the first 48 hours of sending the Review invitation.

  1. Switch on the function first (right)

  2. Customize subject and template content as you like.
