Step-by-Step Instructions

In Settings, navigate to Templates

Click on WhatsApp Templates and then, on New Template

Give your template an internal name (these are only visible to you and your team)

Choose a suitable template category. This helps META to better understand the purpose of the template when checking it

Now create your desired template including text, attachments, buttons, etc.

Hit Submit for review
-
Done! 👏 It may take up to 24 hours for the template to be checked and approved by META.
