Why?

We are migrating our entire infrastructure as part of our ISO 27001 certification to improve the security and stability of the platform.


FAQ

Will my data be lost?


No. All data, contacts, and settings will remain fully intact.

What happens to incoming messages?


They will be buffered and processed immediately after the system restarts.

What happens to scheduled campaigns?


Campaigns scheduled during the maintenance window will not be sent and must be rescheduled manually. Please review your scheduled campaigns and plan them outside the maintenance window.

What happens to automations?


Date/time and webhook triggers will not be executed. Running automations with waiting steps (e.g. “Wait for reply”) may time out. Conversations where such automations are interrupted will need to be continued manually. Any actions that were not executed (e.g. label assignment or user assignment) will also need to be completed manually after the maintenance window.

What happens to the AI agent?


The AI agent will be deactivated during maintenance and will not respond to incoming messages. After the maintenance period, incoming messages from contacts will be imported retrospectively, and the AI agent will then respond to them.

What happens to the API?


The API will not be available. Requests will fail with 502, 404, or timeout errors.
