For Developers and tech-savvy people

FAQ
When should I use Groups in the Webchat?
When should I use Groups in the Webchat?
Use groups to keep choices clear when you have more than one “entry point”.
Examples:
Multiple locations (e.g., Berlin, Munich) with different channels for each, under one website for all locations
Different teams / departments (e.g., Sales, Support, Recruiting)
Distinct products / brands under one website
You can name each group, give it an icon, and reorder groups and channels with drag & drop.
If I change Webchat settings later, do I have to reinstall the code?
