Introduction

Collecting and saving customer input within automated workflows has just become significantly easier. With the release of the new Ask Question Node in Superchat Automations, you can now simplify your flows by replacing multiple steps with a single, powerful action.

Previously, collecting and saving customer responses required a combination of three separate nodes:

  1. Send Message – to ask the question

  2. Wait for Response – to capture the input

  3. Save to Contact – to store the information

This setup worked, but it added complexity and bulk to your automation — especially if you had to ask multiple questions.

With the Ask Question Node, all three steps are combined into a single node, making your workflows cleaner, faster to build, and easier to manage.
